Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

For all orders from our online shop apply (Kids-Style-Lounge.de) the following terms and conditions.


2. Important Advice

2.1 Once Siegel
All goods ordered are equipped with disposable seal affixed refund signs and be delivered. When you try on the ordered items, please make sure not to remove the reimbursement shield or damage. We expressly point out that we are not obliged to take back the goods in which the refund shield is removed or damaged.

2.2 Presentation
All goods on our website www.kids-style-lounge.de are presented in a true-to-life manner to the greatest extent possible. Due to different settings or performances of computer monitors or printers, photographs can and may differ from the real appearance. Consistency cannot be guaranteed by Kids-style-lounge.de.

2.3 Stock
Products as presented on the website may be out of stock, unavailable for other reasons or may vary in price in individual cases. The presentation of goods on the website is not a binding offer. Unless specified otherwise, all mentioned prices are given in Euros including VAT plus shipping costs.


3. Contractual partner, formation of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Kids Style Lounge.

The display of products within the online shop constitutes a binding offer on our part to enter into a contract vis-à-vis the items. You may place our products in your basket without obligation and amend your entries at any time prior to submitting a binding order by using the correction facilities that are provided for this purpose and explained during the ordering process. The contract is formed by clicking on the order button which indicates your acceptance of our offer concerning the goods contained in your basket. Once you have sent your order you will immediately receive a confirmation via e-mail.


4. Pre-Order

ou can pre-order the specially designated goods.
The order will be shipped as soon as the product is available. For this purpose, an indication of the delivery date on the product page is listed.
  •     In the case of payment by credit card, Paypal or Sofortüberweisung the amount on the day of the order will be charged
  •     In the case of payment by bank transfer / prepayment payment must be transferred to us only after notification by mail of Kids Style Lounge.
  •     In the case of payment by direct debit, this payment will only be charged when the goods will be sent by us.
  •     In the case of payment by purchase on account or hire purchase, this is due only after delivery of the goods within 14 days.
  •     Kids-Style-Lounge.de declines liability for any changes to the delivery date, cancellation or modification of the form of products that are based on production changes in supplier from.
  •     If the article in pre prove in the subsequent period as not available, the amount paid by the original payment will be refunded.

6. Shippingcost / Delivery / Shippingtime / Returns

Delivery costs are added to the product prices as displayed. You can find out more about the shipping costs here.

6.1 Returns
If you with a product not satisfied or you want a different size, you can send it without problems and without giving any reason within 14 days for us back. That also applies to sale items. Of course you will also get your money back.

6.2 Remittance
Once your return has been received and is being processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. For each return, which reaches us in perfect condition and with all labels, we create a credit.
Please note that the credit with credit cards may be visible only on the next credit card bill with delayed loading.
The refund will be made in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
For all returns, you have purchased with a coupon, a new voucher will be issued.

6.3 Exchanges
If you want an exchange for an item, you can return it within the return period of 14 days for us. However, an exchange is possible only if the item is available. Once sent back the item is received by us, the conversion is made.


7. Payment

In our shop you have the following payment methods available:

Advence payment:
If you select advance payment we provide you with our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods on receipt of funds.Orders that have been prepaid will be dispatched as soon as we receive the payment on our account. We will reserve your order exclusively for you for 7 days, and will only cancel your order if no payment has been received within that time. Please note that bank transfer times may vary from bank to bank, and that we have no influence over the speed of the transaction.
Please use the following bank details for your Advence payment:

Make sure to state your order number as the payment purpose.
Any credit resulting from returns will be refunded to the bank account from which the order payment originated.
For pre-order items you get an extra payment request via e-mail when the goods are available at Kids Style Lounge.
 

Credit Card
With the submission of the order, you are sending us your credit card details at the same time.
After your identification as the legal cardholder, directly after the order, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and charged to your card.

PayPal
During the ordering process you will be forwarded to PayPal's online website. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us. After submitting your order in the shop we instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
Directly afterwards, the payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal. You will receive additional information during the ordering process.
 

PayPal Plus (Only within Germany)
Within the context of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be forwarded to PayPal's online website. You may enter your payment details there and confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instructions to PayPal.

If you have selected the PayPal payment type, in order to pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or register first and identify yourself with your access data. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal directly after confirmation of the payment instructions. You will receive additional information during the ordering process.

If you have selected the credit card payment type, in order to pay the invoice amount, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company upon request by PayPal and debited to your card, directly after confirmation of the payment instructions and after your identification as the legal cardholder. You will receive additional information during the ordering process.

If you have selected the direct debit payment type, in order to pay the invoice amount, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. With the confirmation of the payment instructions, you are granting PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you separately about the date of the account debit in an advance notification (pre-notification). With the submission of the direct debit directly after confirmation of the payment instructions, PayPal will request its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out and your account is debited. You will receive additional information during the ordering process.

If you have selected the invoice payment type, in order to pay the invoice amount, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. After a successful address and creditworthiness check and placement of your order, we will assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you may only pay to PayPal with a debt-discharging effect. For payment processing via PayPal – in addition to our GTC – the GTC and data protection policy of PayPal shall apply. Additional information and the complete GTC of PayPal for invoice purchase can be found at:https://www.paypal.com.

SOFORT Online Bank Transfer
After placement of the order, you will be forwarded to the online SOFORT GmbH website. In order to pay the invoice amount via SOFORT, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN process for participating in SOFORT, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instructions to us. You will receive additional information during the order process. The payment transaction will be carried out by SOFORT and debited to your account directly thereafter.

Invoice
You may pay for your purchase by means of bank transfer after you have received the goods together with the invoice. We reserve the right to allow payment by invoice only after we verify your credit rating.

Cash payment on collection
You pay the invoice amount in cash on collection.


8.Cash on pick up:

With the payment "cash on pickup" you have on site at Kids Style Lounge, Gielenstr. 65-69, 41460 Neuss the way your order at the specified below schedule: Monday - Friday pick 10:00 to 16:00 and in cash.


9. Rentention of title

The goods shall remain our property until full payment is made.


10. Damage during delivery

If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or to make contact does not in any way affect your legal rights or the enforcement of such rights, notably your warranty rights. However, in doing so you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.


11. Contract text storage

We save the text of the contract and forward the order data and our T&Cs to you by e-mail. The text of the contract cannot be accessed via the internet for security reasons.


12. Contract Language

The time available for the contract language is German.


13. Warranty and guarantees

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract.
For consumers, statutory warranty rights governed by the law of the country where the consumer has his habitual residence apply. Information on any additional guarantees and their precise conditions that may apply can be found next to the product and on specific information pages in the shop, if applicable.

14. Liability

We shall in any case be liable without limitation for claims due to damages that have been caused by us, our legal representatives or legal agents

  • for injury to life, limb or health
  • for deliberate or grossly negligent breach of duty
  • for guarantee commitments, where agreed
  • towards consumer.
Except these cases, our civil law liability is limited to the foreseeable and direct damages at the time of contract conclusion.

 

15. Instructions on cancellation

Consumers have a 14 days right to cancel.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Antonella Demir, Gielenstr. 65-69, 41460 Neuss, Deutschland, service@kids-style-lounge.de, Phone: 02131-4087332 of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications, i.e. non- prefabricated goods made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer or are clearly personalized.
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Derogating return cost rules for Germany

You bear the direct costs of returning.

Return shipping labels
Without prejudice to your legal rights, DPD return labels will be provided to you for your return within Germany. If you use these return labels, you will be charged €4.90 for the return. The return label will be provided to you via email. You can hand in the return in a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.


16. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolutions (ODR) which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
In order to settle disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or from whether such a contractual relationship exists at all, we will participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body. Consumers can contact their national European Consumer Centre in this regard. The respective contact details of the individual ECCs can be found at https://www.evz.de/en/alternative-dispute-resolution/adr-in-europe/.
